To collect host towers, you need to built the Collect Power Towers improvement. Then, you'll need to find host towers in your world, these will be randomly placed, but there should be plenty in your world. When close to them, you can collect them for gold and some resources, removing them from your world and adding them to your inventory to build later. Once you have collected three of any type, build them all next to each other.
